Q: What is laser engraving? 
A:
Laser engraving is the process of using a laser beam to burn or engrave on many forms of materials such as wood, metal, marble, granite, acrylic, glass and much more.

Q: What type of images are best for engraving?
A: The quality of the image greatly determines the quality of the engraving. Most images are acceptable for engraving, however some are not. The images that are not acceptable are usually very faded, have very low detail or the subject has a shadow over it. Usually the higher the detail and the better the contrast the better the results. When it comes to image size, the larger the image the better. With that said, it is still better to not resize the image before either uploading or emailing any image file. We accept almost any image file but we recommend JPG, JPEG, PSD, PNG, BMP, DXF and TIFF file formats. If you need help getting your image to us, please don't hesitate to contact us either by email or phone.

Q: What type of laser engraver do we use?
A: We utilize the latest technology with an BOSS LS-1420 Gen-5 Laser Engraver. It is a CO2 laser system that can engrave and cut wood, acrylic, plastic, fabric, rubber and many other materials. BOSS specializes in developing laser systems that create unprecedented marking and cutting quality on all types of products.

Q: Can I get a proof of my item
A: Yes! For most items we can create a proof for you in CorelDraw.

Q: I misspelled something on my order, what can I do?
A: Call us immediately at (928) 681-9081 and advise us of the misspelling. If the order has not been run yet we will make the necessary corrections. If the order has run, then you must purchase the order again with the correct spelling.

Q: I placed an order, when will it ship?
A:
This depends on your order. The amount of items ordered and the complexity of your image or logo to be engraved.

Q: Will I be able to track my order once it ships?                        A: Yes! Once your item ships we will email a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number for the shipment.

Q: I hate my item, can I return it?
A: If we created AND you approved a proof from us, then NO the order cannot be returned.
